You always deserve to feel worthy. You deserve to believe in yourself, no matter what happens or what someone says.
Other people’s opinions have very little to do with you. It took me time to realize this – in the past, when someone said something negative, I’d think about it for days. I’d evaluate and analyze what they said – maybe they’re right? Or here’s why they’re wrong.
It’s a waste of mental energy and time.
Think about how much more you’d get done if you didn’t worry about what other people thought. If you allowed them to think what they want.
It’s so important to develop a strong sense of self and deeply understand your self-worth.
It’s a process that takes courage, and it’s what I teach in my authentic confidence program.
