For years I knew, with certainty, I was a poor planner. I’d say, “I like to be spontaneous,” and “I’m not great with details.” It was a story that ran on repeat for years. And guess what? I didn’t plan much.

Your mind likes to be efficient. Once it has been thinking the same thoughts in the same patterns over and over again, it defaults to that programming whenever possible. Those thoughts become so rooted in our unconscious mind, we believe they’re true, often without question.

I want you to start questioning thoughts that aren’t serving you. Start doubting your doubt.

It took practice and skill to change my thoughts about time management.

It turns out, I’m a fantastic planner. That’s a good thing because the more you plan, the more results, money, and freedom you create.
