Thoughts are simply sentences in your mind.
We have 60,000+ of them per day.
Some thoughts are helpful, others may feel inspired, but most of our thoughts are negative, unnecessary, and stuck on repeat.
I want you to become more aware of how you’re thinking because how you habitually think determines how you habitually feel.
Break it down.
Is your thought a fact?
Is your thought helping you? If not, is there another way you could think about your circumstance that’s more useful to you? That feels equally true?
Decide on purpose which thoughts you want to let in, let go, or let be.
They’re all optional – and they’re creating a whole host of feelings in the background.
