Jealousy. We’ve all felt it. It’s a feeling that someone else is winning and you are losing.

It comes from a place of scarcity – that there’s not enough (fill in the blank) to go around.

Jealousy prefers the other person to lose or hurt so you can feel better.

The next time you start to feel jealous, ask more from yourself.

Choose to feel admiration instead. Admiration is inspiring and empowering. It shows you what’s possible.

My clients often use admiration as clues for what they want to create in their lives.

We practice compassion for others, which ultimately helps us have more compassion for ourselves.

Pay attention to your feelings; they’re driving every action you take.

Do you think a flower is ever jealous of a volcano? No – it just blooms.
